Overview
Casa do Pateo is a beautiful, five bedroom beach front villa located in the Albufeira area. This delightful property enjoys a fantastic location directly above the beach and benefits from wonderful sea views. This spacious villa is also fully air conditioned and has a heated swimming pool.
The beach is accessed via a footpath that leads directly to a super beach bar/restaurant, only a 2 to 3 minute walk away
There are many amenities very close by, including a mini market and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Albufeira town is just 2km, approx 30 minutes walk, but only about 15 minutes if you walk along the beach. The villa is located within a private cul de sac.
Living Areas
Ground Floor: A spacious lounge / dining room with Satellite TV with ' free to air ' channels and music system, wi-fi internet, with 3 patio doors leading onto a large balcony, dining terrace with BBQ and lovely sea views.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with applinces including a dishwasher and microwave. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Ground Floor: Twin bedroom with patio doors to the interior patio courtyard. Shower room. Twin bedroom with en-suite WC and a mezanine floor with sofas and mini gymnasium machine, with patio doors to terrace.
First Floor: Master double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Large 'family' bedroom with 3 x single beds and en-suite shower room and patio windows to large balcony.
Outside Space
The swimming pool is large, measuring 10m x 6m, with Roman steps and has a special system to keep the water clean that requires normally no or very little chemicals to be added. The swimming pool can be heated and this is available as an optional extra. The pool is surrounded by extensive terraces and there is a pleasant sitting room with bamboo furniture, under the house, facing the pool and terraces.

Distances : Beach- a hop, skip & a jump ! Restaurant 200 metres, Supermarket 200 metres, Albufeira town 2kms.
Other Items
There are baby gates fitted at both top and bottom of the staircase. Maid service and towel change, mid week for 7 day stays and mid week and end of week for 14 night stays.
It is possible for an additional 12th child to stay at the villa for a weekly supplement of £100. Smoking is not permitted within the villa. Pool towels and a Hair dryer are provided.
The villa offers table tennis.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Albufeira Area.

Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
