Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis
Established over 30 years ago, the Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis is one of the largest and most famous tennis clubs in the Algarve. Recently under new management, the tennis club has undergone significant renovations in recent years with spectacular results.
The complex has 10 tennis courts and a double sided practice wall. Eight of the courts are Australian blue hard courts, five of which have floodlights, and 2 Astro Turf courts. All courts can be rented by the hour.
Besides the 10 high quality courts there is a comfortable café offering free wifi, a high quality restaurant (O Encontro), gymnasium with all new equipment, exercise studio, beauty salon, hairdresser and physiotherapist, plus plenty of other fun activities such as table tennis and mini-trampolines.
Whether you would like to join an organised tennis clinic with the club’s own highly qualified professionals, use the courts (with or without your own coach) or just join the club’s regular ‘meet & mix’ events to meet other tennis players at all levels and age groups from all over the world, there is something for everyone.
Their modern equipped 500 square metre gym is at your disposal 6 days a week with a professional instructor for all your fitness needs. There is also a weekly program for aerobics, dance and exercise classes which make it fun for you to keep fit or get back in shape.
