Casa Helandria is a traditional three-bedroom villa with a private garden and pool with spacious sunbathing terrace that represents great value for money. Centrally located close to Almancil and only a short drive to the resorts of Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, a selection of championship golf courses and some of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, and maid service are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, four electric hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven, extractor, and a juicer. There is a table with seating for six people and patio doors open onto the pool area. From the kitchen, steps lead up to the lounge with two sofas, a flat-screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports, lots of books and games, and patio doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the pool that is furnished with a table, two chairs & a sofa. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms two and three share the family bathroom.

Outside Space

There is a charcoal BBQ where you can cook the family’s al-fresco meals and a shaded eating area complete with a table with seating for six people. The spacious sunbathing terrace has six sun loungers for you to relax and soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine and a parasol if you prefer a little shade. The pool measures approx. 10m x 5m and has ladder entry. The shallow end measures approx 0.90m and the deep end 1.80m. There is a further shaded seating area in the garden which is laid to lawn in areas and perfect for relaxing and reading your favourite book.

Location

Villa Helandria is ideally located south of Almancil and within close driving distance of both Quinta do Lago with its wide choice of beautiful beaches and many fine restaurants and Vale do Lobo. Some of the Algarve’s best golf courses are within a few minutes drive. The villa is just a 20-minute drive to Faro airport as well.

The town of Almancil (approx. 2kms away) has all of the facilities you need, including supermarkets, banks, and chemists. Car hire is recommended for this property in order to explore the local area.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels, and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
