Overview
Casa Avon is a comfortably styled villa set in a tranquil country setting yet only a 10 minute drive from the glitz and glamour of Vilamoura marina. Casa Avon is a lovely three bedroom air conditioned villa with private pool and Wi-fi internet.
Living Areas
The large air conditioned lounge shares a space with the the dining area which seats six persons. The wall mounted TV offers UK channels including BBC and ITV. A DVD player is also available. Patio doors lead out to the spacious grass area and private swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including four gas ring hobs, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a family bedroom sleeping three persons (with a double bed and a single bed) air conditioned bedroom, this uses the family bathroom across the hallway. Bedroom two is a large air conditioned double bedroom with en suite shower room. Bedroom three is an air conditioned double bedroom with an en suite shower room.
Outside Space
Casa Avon is set on a plot that is fully enclosed and not overlooked and has a lovely manicured grass area; an exterior seating area for 6 persons under the shaded gazebo and a delightful traditional stone BBQ and seating area offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy shade in a traditional setting. The large pool measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres with roman steps entry. The deep end of the pool is 2.0 metres in depth and the shallow end by the steps is 1.0 metres in depth. 6 sun loungers are perfectly placed by the inviting pool. The pool can be heated upon request and can only be guaranteed 2 weeks before. There is space for the parking of 2 vehicles inside the villa plot.

Leading down a single track is the delightful villa Casa Avon. If you are looking for a typical country property but still near to the cosmopolitan resort of Vilamoura, then casa Avon is the villa for you.

Prices
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
