Villa Mar Lela is located in Istria's most southernly point, just outside the seaside village of Ližnjan and only 800 metres away from the beach!

A spacious, detached villa, it offers comfortable accommodation two levels and guests staying here will enjoy the bright, spacious, modern design of the villa along the fabulous garden, pool, terraces and sea view.

The ground floor features the living/dining and kitchen areas, as well as a shower room. The first floor features five bedrooms, four double bedrooms and one single bedroom, as well as two shower rooms. There is air-conditioning in the living area and bedrooms.

Villa Mar Lela features a lovely garden with swimming pool and a sun terrace with comfortable loungers. There is also a lounge area, with table and chairs, and a covered terrace with barbecue, for alfresco dining.

With sea views from the pool and bedrooms on the first floor, and only 16 km from Pula, Villa Mar Lela is perfectly located to enjoy and explore the local area.

Easy day trips from Liznjan to the historical town of Pula, which boasts an ancient Roman amphitheatre, or the coastal town Rovinj, which is characterised by the many narrow streets in the town centre and its harbour filled with nice terraces. The Brijuni Islands are also worth a visit; they can be reached by boat from Fažana (21 km).

Ground floor – 1 shower room.

First floor – accessed by central staircase, with horizontal balustrades, leading to landing, with horizontal balustrades, and pool table.

First floor – 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom – all bedrooms with doors to balcony, 2 shower rooms. First balcony also has horizontal balustrades.

All bedrooms have hairdryers.
