The property can be rented as a 9 or 8 bedroomed property – at different rates, depending on occupancy.
All bedrooms are spacious, have ensuite facilities and are equipped with A/C, Satellite TV, private safe, minibar style fridge and private terrace with seating.
The market town of Santanyi is just a 10 minutes’ drive away, with a lovely market on a Tuesday and Saturday and the beach & resort of Cala D’Or is just a little further, 15 minutes’ drive away.
The property has a large living area, relax on the comfy sofas and listen to your music on the Bluetooth speaker, complete with flat screen TV with cable channels.
From the living room doors lead to the terrace, which is furnished with a shaded sitting area, table tennis table and table football table.
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, electric hobs, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.
Next to the kitchen is the dining room, with a large dining table and doors to the terrace, with a Weber gas BBQ.
All bedrooms are accessed independently from the grounds (not from the communal living areas).

Bedroom 2 – Llevant – on the first floor of the main house within the tower with triple aspect to the countryside and mountains, a super king size bed 1.80m x 2.00m and stairs up to the upper terrace with distant views and battlements. (not recommended for children). Private ensuite facilities.
Bedroom 3 – Tramuntana – on the first floor of the main house with views to the north and mountains a large 40 sqm terrace, a super king 1.80m x 2.00m bed. Private ensuite facilities.
Bedroom 4 – Migjorn – on the ground floor of the main house with private terrace and views to the pool, a queen 160m x 1.90m bed. This room has a sofa bed 1.60m x 2.00m bed, which is available on request, at a supplementary charge of 60 euros per night.
Bedroom 5 – Gregal – on the ground floor of the main house with private terrace and views to the pool, a super king 1.80m x 2.00m bed Private ensuite facilities – this room can take a foldable bed for a child to be ordered in advance
Bedroom 6 – Llebeig on the ground floor this detached annexe is situated next to the pool and considered to be the other Master bedroom with private terrace a large super king 2.00m x 2.00m double bed. Private ensuite facilities
Bedroom 7 – Mestral – on the ground floor within the double annexe with Figueras, with private terrace and a large super king 2.00m x 2.00m and private facilities
Bedroom 8 - Figueras on the ground floor within the double annexe with Mestral, with private terrace and a large super king 2.00m x 2.00m and private facilities “muy bonito”.
Bedroom 9 – Xaloc – on the ground floor of the main house with private terrace, king-size bed and en-suite shower room.
All rooms except Migjorn can be made up as twins together (twin sheets on two mattresses) – please request at the time of booking.
When renting the property on the lower 8 bedroomed occupancy, you can decide which bedrooms you prefer to use on arrival at the property.
Finca Sea and Sky is situated on an extensive estate, with landscaped gardens & areas laid to lawn. In addition to the fabulous pool area, complete with sun loungers, parasols, exterior shower, and guest cloakroom, there is a lovely terrace with comfortable seating and shade.
The main pool measures an impressive 13 x 6 metres and can be heated for an additional supplementary charge, and this must be booked in advance.
The property is managed by Antoinette and Rafael who are always available should you need them (they reside in their apartment on the driveway leading up to the property).
There is a full weekly cleaning service included in the rate, and a midweek clean and change of linen and towels is available at a charge of €50 per room.
Tourism License- AG/121
There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Cala d'Or .
