Overview
This charming two plus one bedroom, spacious end of row townhouse offers a welcome retreat for your well deserved summer holiday! Located on the southern edge of Almancil and situated within close proximity to the nearby resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The property has two bedrooms in the main house and a further bedroom suite in the separate annex. With use of the communal pool, air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi internet included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
Upon entering the main townhouse, to the right is the spacious lounge and dining area which is of an open plan design and features air conditioning, comfortable and modern sofa seating and two arm chairs, a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of cable channels including some English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports & TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc on the Smart TV) and a dining table with six chairs.
Patio doors from the living area open to the conservatory relaxation room, a perfect spot for unwinding and reading a book and from here there is access to the terrace which leads to the communal pool area & and the front dining terrace.
The modern kitchen is spacious and well equipped, featuring an integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with a water dispenser, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, four electric hobs, an exractor fan, Nutribullet and an air fryer. The central breakfast island with 4 stools adds a stylish touch to this well appointed cooking space. From the kitchen, doors lead directly to the lovely outside seating and BBQ area.
On the lower level, there’s a cozy relaxing area with split unit air conditioning, a comfy sofa, a wall mounted flat screen TV along with entertainment options such as a table football table and darts game. This utility area houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the first floor, there are two comfortable double bedrooms, one offering access to a private terrace. These two bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom with double vanities, a bath and overhead shower- this completes the upper level, offering both convenience and comfort.
To the right of the main house is the annex bedroom, which boasts a cozy courtyard featuring a comfortable rattan seating area with potted plants and a small grassy lawn space with palm trees. The annex double bedroom is complete with an en suite bathroom that includes a hydromassage shower for ultimate relaxation. There is also a walk-in wardrobe, a mounted flat-screen TV with the same cable channels as the main villa, and air conditioning for added comfort. Patio doors lead to the courtyard.
Location
Situated within close driving distance of the luxury golf resort of Quinta do Lago, where you will find five excellent golf courses, a wide range of superb restaurants and the Quinta shopping complex, with designer boutiques and various bars, cafes and eateries. Also within close driving distance is the golf resort of Vale do Lobo with its lively Praca; and also the town of Almancil, where local facilities such as supermarkets, chemists and the post office are located. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve can be found in this area.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and for two week stays, a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2027 bookings are based on 2026 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Nov / Dec 2026 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Almancil.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
