Overview

The Cluster Villas at Four Seasons Fairways sleep either 8 or 6 persons and come in different styles, all with a private pool. This property has 2 bedrooms each with en-suite, a study (sleeping 2) and a Sofa bed in the lounge (sleeping 2) and an additional shower room with WC. Four Seasons Fairways is an exclusive resort located at the heart of Quinta do Lago.

Including air cooling for the Summer months and heating systems for the cooler months. Each villa has a telephone, hairdryer and pool towels are also provided. The high quality furnishings have been chosen to complement the classic interior décor.

Living Areas

An entrance hall leads into the main living space which comprises a large, comfortable sitting room with a fireplace, satellite TV including Sky Sports, direct dial telephones, wi-fi internet connection; a dining area with seating for 6 and an adjacent fully fitted kitchen, which is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, etc, and a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. DVD players can be requested and are free of charge, subject to availability.

Sleeping Accommodation (Type A/C)

These are duplex properties with a double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and spa bath, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, study that can sleep 2 persons, separate shower room and a living room with sofa bed that can sleep 2 persons.

Outside Space

Patio doors in each villa give access to the terraces, which are furnished with sun loungers, patio table and chairs giving ample opportunity for relaxation and meals ‘al fresco’ for which a gas BBQ is provided. Some terraces have an additional laid to lawn garden with a variety of trees and flowering shrubs. The private pool has Roman style steps.

Quinta do Lago, the renowned luxury resort, is considered to be one of the very best areas of the Algarve, with an unrivaled reputation for providing luxurious accommodation and a five star service.

Temporary membership of the Club allows you to take advantage of the exceptional facilities which include the Amara Clubhouse restaurant, a choice of indoor and outdoor heated pools (including a children’s pool), tennis courts, a health and fitness centre, jacuzzi, saunas and a gym – in addition to many other leisure activities. During school holidays, the Fairways Fun Club accepts children of 5 years of age and up, and babysitting is available throughout the year.

There is 24 hour security and rates include a maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Please note there is a breakage deposit of £200 required on arrival.
