Sun-hat are proud to present Villa Isabella Blue, a splendid three bedroom property with a private swimming pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement, upon prior request) nestled in the charming Sesmarias Village and just a five minute drive to the stunning Gale beach.

Living Areas

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including an American style fridge freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a combination of gas and electric hobs, an extractor fan, integrated electric oven, grill & microwave. There’s a handy utility cupboard housing the washing machine, and a patio door leading straight to the covered outdoor dining area—perfect for relaxed al fresco meals.

The air conditioned open plan lounge and dining area are bright & spacious with plenty of cosy sofa seating, a large flat screen Smart TV offering a wide variety of international cable channels, including some in English language channels (please bring your log-in credentials to stream your own accounts, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a feature fireplace. Double patio doors lead to the pool and outside dining area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a double room (which can be prepared as two singles upon prior request), and features split unit air conditioning and a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and has use of the guest bathroom. Patio doors open onto a front facing balcony furnished with a table and two chairs.

Stairs lead up to bedroom two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to a large balcony overlooking the pool and furnished with comfy sofa seating. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs. A patio door on the landing also leads to bedroom two's balcony.

Outside Space

The garden is completely private and mainly laid to lawn, offering plenty of space to unwind. The swimming pool, measuring approximately 11m x 5m (which can be heated for a weekly supplement, upon prior request), and has built-in steps for easy access, and the surrounding terrace is furnished with six sunbeds—perfect for soaking up the sunshine. There’s also an outdoor shower for a quick rinse before or after a refreshing dip.

The covered dining area features a table with seating for six, ideal for leisurely meals outdoors, and a gas BBQ for those who love to cook. For a more laid back vibe, there’s also a cosy seating area with a sofa and chairs—just the spot to relax with a good book or a glass of something chilled.
