Sun-hat luxury villas would like to welcome you to the truly impressive Villa Seaview. This beautiful, bright & spacious five bedroom, five bathroom villa with a private heated pool offers the ultimate in quality and comfort for your well deserved and relaxing villa holiday. Designed to a premium standard throughout, this stunning property features far reaching ocean views and is nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood, only a short stroll to the beautiful, blue flag beach of São Lourenço and to the very popular Gale beach.

The owners of Villa Seaview have ensured that all of your holiday needs are catered for including a pool heating facility (weekly supplement applies), and an entertainment area complete with a table tennis table, a table football table and a pool table. Air conditioning with individual room controls and Wi-fi internet throughout are both included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

As you step into the open plan living and dining area you will be greeted by the bright & open space, flooded with natural light from the large patio doors and designed with modern neutral décor. The inviting living area is the perfect spot to relax and is furnished with cosy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels with some English speaking channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a dining table and patio doors opening directly to the garden and poolside terrace. The owners have recently installed Sonos in the lounge area enabling you to stream your favourite tunes from your Smart devices whilst you are relaxing by the pool.

The modern, air conditioned kitchen with central island and four stools is well equipped with appliances including a toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, juicer, four electric hobs and an extractor. Next to the kitchen you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

For those who are taking a working holiday there is an office with a desk and chair where you can find some peace and quiet. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level of the villa you will find the garage, which has been expertly transformed into an entertainment retreat featuring comfy sofa seating, a card table, table football, table tennis and a pool table, this area is ideal for older kids and teenagers and will provide you with endless hours of fun!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

With five well-appointed bedrooms, this villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. Each air-conditioned bedroom is thoughtfully decorated in a modern style and all have flat screen Smart TV's showing the same channels as the lounge (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc).

Bedroom one is a twin room with a clothes rail and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace here also.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three, four and five. Bedroom three is the master double room (which can be prepared as twin beds upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a large first floor terrace with amazing sea views and furnished with a table and chairs. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the large shared first floor terrace. Bedroom five is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the shared first floor terrace.

Villa Seaview sleeps up to a maximum of 10 persons in total.

Outside Space

One more standout feature of the wonderful Villa Seaview is the poolside terrace, the perfect place for relaxing and soaking up the glorious Algarve sunshine on one of the sun loungers provided. The impressive private pool with a jacuzzi section with bench seating measures approx. 9m x 5m with steps to enter. The pool can be heated for a weekly additional supplement if required. The garden is laid to lawn in areas and surrounded by manicured border plants and shrubs. A glass fence provides privacy and a peaceful and serene environment for you to relax and unwind. Close to the pool is an outside shower and the built-in charcoal BBQ, where the budding chefs in the group can prepare your al fresco meals which can be enjoyed on the exterior dining table.

Location

Villa Seaview is ideally located only a 2 minute walk to the Blue Flag beach of São Lourenço with its own beach bar. Albufeira town, famous for its interesting old town, nightlife and Marina is only a 10 minute drive. The nearest restaurant is within 200 metres away and the nearest supermarket is within 300 metres, providing the perfect balance between privacy and convenience.

Also a 10 minute drive away is the town of Guia, considered by many as the home of Chicken Piri-piri restaurants. The Algarve shopping complex and the renowned Zoomarine family attraction park are also located here in Guia.

Along this stretch of coastline you will find some of the Algarve’s very best beaches. The beaches near Gale and Vale da Parra broadly fit into two categories. Gloriously wide, tourist friendly expanses of sand and the more intimate coves that are bigger on caves and stunning rock formation but smaller on facilities and convenience. Golf is available at the nearby Salgados course.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer in each bedroom, are provided for your convenience.
