Overview

Villa Silva is a modern four bedroom villa with private pool which has been completely renovated to a high standard. With fibre optic internet and air conditioning included in the rental rate. The private swimming pool is generously sized and has an electric pool cover to help protect it at night. In the local area, the resort of Gale has an abundance of facilities such as restaurants and supermarkets, and the beautiful beach which stretches along the coast all the way to the resort of Armacao de Pera.

Living Areas

The lounge and dining area is open plan, bright and airy. The dining area is complete with a dining table seating six people, patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. The lounge has comfy sofa seating, flat screen TV showing international cable channels (including some English language, channels), Bose sound bar and patio doors opening directly onto the poolside terrace.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including a De Longhi coffee machine, four electric hobs, extractor fan, American style fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and grill, toaster and washing machine. Patio doors open onto a covered eating area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms one and two share the separate shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Upstairs to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms three and four share the separate shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The garden is laid to lawn with a poolside terrace and shower. There are sunbeds for you to soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine. The pool measures approximately 10 metres x 6 metres and has an electric pool cover and a pool light for evening bathing. The covered eating area has a large table and seating for nine people, There is a charcoal BBQ for al-fresco dining and sofa seating to relax and read a good book.
