Overview
Villa Mirante 1 is a spectacular villa.This grand property has five bedrooms and an additional extra luxury suite, and is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and a delightful pool area with views to the sea. The private tennis court enhances still further this lovely villa, providing you with the ideal conditions for the perfect holiday. The villa rents as a 5 bed villa, or as a 6 bed villa with the use of the exterior suite.
Villa Mirante 1 is air conditioned throughout- in the living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms, and this is included in the price of the villa rental. The accommodation is all on one level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Bedrooms one to five are in the main villa. Bedroom one is a double room with an en suite shower room.
- Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. Located close to bedroom one, these two rooms are good for families with children.
- Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and doors to the poolside terrace.
- Bedroom four is a double room with an en suite bathroom.
- Master bedroom five is a double room with sea views, a TV, safe, doors to the poolside terraces and a double en suite shower room.
- There is also an additional guest cloakroom in the main villa.
The delightful exterior luxury suite houses bedroom six- a double room with TV, DVD player, CD player, mini drinks fridge and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower unit. A coffee maker, kettle, juicer and toaster are also available in the suite.

Location
Located within walking distance of the charming resort of Olhos d'Agua and with a wide range of facilities close to hand- there are a selection of restaurants, bars and a large supermarket within close walking distance.
Olhos d'Agua is a delightful coastal resort with a beach and a good range of restaurants and bars to choose from. The town of Albufeira is only a short drive or bus route along the coast, and the nine hole golf courses at Balaia and Pine Cliffs are close by.
For larger groups, this villa is located next door to Villa Mirante 2, a three bedroom villa.
Other Items
The maid service is twice per week, 1 x towel change and 1 x linen change.
Please let us know upon booking if any of the party will be celebrating a birthday or anniversary during the holiday.
Please note internet connection and the 1st highchair will be included free of charge! Pool safety fencing is available free of charge for the adult pool but must be requested at the time of booking.
This villa allows 2 cots in the main house and an extra cot in the suite.,
The maximum duration of stay available at this villa is 14 nights.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Olhos d'Agua.

Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
