Sun-hat is delighted to welcome you to Casa Marcella, a beautiful and classic three bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, set within the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago. Ideally and centrally located on the highly sought after Avenida Ayrton Senna, this charming property is surrounded by greenery, golf course views and is full of character, typical of the Algarve. Casa Marcella offers a peaceful setting where you can truly switch off, relax, and unwind. Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Step into the impressive entrance hall, highlighted by a striking domed ceiling. Glass doors lead through to the bright and spacious lounge, comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchairs, along with a flat screen Smart TV offering a wide selection of English speaking channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own login details to access Netflix, Amazon Prime and similar services). Triple patio doors open onto the covered terrace.

Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, complete with a table and six chairs, with patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace. The large kitchen features elegant marble worktops and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay. Appliances include an American style fridge freezer, a four slice toaster, an integrated electric oven and microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, four electric hobs with extractor, a kettle, and a dishwasher. A breakfast table and chairs provide a relaxed space for informal meals, while additional patio doors open to the pool area, making outdoor dining easy.

For guests who need to combine a little work with their holiday, there is a convenient office complete with a desk and chair, offering a quiet place to focus when needed. The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. Patio doors open onto a small courtyard furnished with a table and two chairs. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level, you will find bedrooms one & two. Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, a flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the lounge TV, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Double patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

Stairs lead up to the carpeted master suite, which is a double room with ducted air conditioning, a flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the lounge TV, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite full bathroom with a spa bathtub, a walk-in shower, double vanity units, and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a private balcony, shaded by an electric awning and furnished with two sun loungers, offering amazing views over the garden and the nearby golf course.

Outside Space

Sun-soaked days and peaceful evenings come naturally at Casa Marcella, where lush gardens and a private pool create a relaxed outdoor setting. With views across the golf course and plenty of space to unwind, it truly feels like your own private oasis. The swimming pool measures approximately 11m x 5m and features steps for easy entry, along with a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off before or after a dip. The poolside terrace is furnished with plenty of sun loungers and three parasols for those who prefer a little shade. For outdoor dining, there is a Broil King gas BBQ, where al fresco meals are easily enjoyed at the outdoor table and chairs. Alternatively, settle in with a good book on the comfortable shaded outdoor sofas and chairs, with an electric awning available to provide additional shade when needed.

Location

Casa Marcella is located on the extremely sought-after Avenida Ayrton Senna, and just a short walk away from Cafe Pure, and only a little bit further to various hotspots such as The Campus, The Shack, the beach, and Ria Formosa nature trails, and a wide choice of beautiful beaches. There are many other facilities in the local area, such as horse riding, windsurfing, and sailing. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, including Casa Do Lago, Unami & Bovino, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza, where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks, and a supermarket.

Rates include a maid cleaning service twice a week, Tuesday & Friday with a mid-week light clean & bathroom towel change, and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
