Living Areas

Lovely spacious open plan living room, dining area and kitchen- which is fully equipped with Bosch appliances including an American style fridge freezer, integrated oven and microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric hobs. The breakfast bar provides seating and you can listen to your favourite sounds on the music system with CD player, MP3 playback and USB connectivity.

Relax on the comfortable sofas and enjoy the wide range of UK cable channels on the wall mounted flat screen TV- including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports.

Also on the ground floor of the villa is the separate utility room, with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a 1.80 x 2.00 metre double bed, shower room and doors to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two has 2 twin beds (can be prepared as a double upon request) an an en suite shower room. Bedroom three has 2 twin beds (can be prepared as a double upon request) and an en suite with large walk-in shower unit.

The master suite is on the first floor of the property and is complete with a 1.80 x 2.00 metres double bed; a wall mounted TV with cable channels; an en suite with double wash basins and large walk-in shower unit and on the landing outside of the suite is an office area. Double patio doors lead from the master suite directly to the first floor terrace with views over the pool and gardens. For even more privacy, steps lead up from here to the roof terrace.

Outside Space

From the main living area of the house, patio doors take you to the lovely shaded terrace furnished with comfy seating and with an integrated gas BBQ- perfect for enjoying those freshly cooked al-fresco meals on the exterior dining table. Steps lead down to the pool, which measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Electric pool cover. At the front of the property there is room for parking on the villa forecourt.

Location

Quinta das Salinas is located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in a great central position- the Quinta do Lago lake and the Ancao Beach (where you will find the renowned 2 Passos and Vapor restaurants) are within 10 minutes walking distance. A gate at the end of the garden provides direct and exclusive access to the road that takes you down to the lake and the Shack bar and diner.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week except for weekends and bank holidays. Bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly. Bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
