Apartment Basil is a top of the range, fully refurbished, split level three bedroom ground floor apartment, located in the heart of Sao Lourenco village. Superbly situated and benefiting by a garden gate opening directly onto the communal pool area and surrounding landscaped gardens. This modern apartment is the ideal getaway for families and friends alike. Fibre optic Wi-fi internet and air conditioning are provided free of charge throughout your stay. This apartment is situated on the ground floor, however, a few steps do lead down to the front door.

Living Areas

From the upper entrance level, steps lead down to bedrooms two and three and the living area. The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is decorated with pleasant neutral tones. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a Dulce Gusto coffee machine & a further filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, four electric hobs, extractor, integrated microwave, electric oven and grill, fridge freezer, hand blender, juicer, washing machine and a dishwasher.

The lounge and dining area are furnished with 2 x three seater comfortable sofas, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and a dining table with seating for six people and the room is complete with split unit air conditioning. Patio doors open directly onto the garden with stunning views towards the lake and Sao Lourenco golf course.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the upper, entrance level of the property is bedroom one which is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.

Steps lead down to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a handheld shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto the garden.

Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto the garden.

Outside Space

Apartment Basil boasts a fantastic private garden that faces towards the communal pool area. The garden features a patio area with a gas BBQ and a table with seating for six people, perfect for al-fresco dining! There are sun loungers for those who like to soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine around the poolside.

Location

The Sao Lourenco Village is a very relaxing and peaceful resort located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, bordering the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Here you are in the beautiful surrounds of the Sao Lourenco Golf Course, landscaped gardens, and the lake. The Village's luxury apartments are ideal for those interested in enjoying a stylish outdoor life in luxurious surroundings, whilst only being a 25 minute drive away from Faro Airport.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Rates include maid service - for stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. Pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office, 10€ is required as a deposit. Guests also have use of the communal pool. There is also mini golf available, and clubs and balls can be collected from Sao Lourenco reception for a deposit of 10€ which again will be refunded upon return of the items.
