A lovely two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment at the Sao Lourenco village in Quinta do Lago, situated close to the communal pool area. Air conditioning and Wi-fi internet is included free of charge throughout your stay.
Living Areas
Open plan air conditioned living/dining room and kitchen, which is fully equipped with appliances including a toaster, microwave, 4 electric hobs, oven, washer/dryer, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
The living/dining room is furnished with comfy sofas and dining table for 4 persons and is complete with a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports; Blu-ray DVD player and CD player/ bluetooth speaker. Patio doors lead directly to the terrace equipped with gas BBQ and table and chairs.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one has twin beds(beds can be made up as a double by prior request) a/c and adjacent bathroom with shower unit and towel heater. Bedroom two is the master suite with double bed, a/c,, double wardrobes with safe and en suite bathroom with towel heater and hairdryer. Patio doors lead to the terrace with 2 x sun loungers.
Outside Space
The Sao Lourenco communal resort facilities include a reception, tennis court, communal pool and a pool bar (seasonal opening).
Location
The Sao Lourenco Village is a very relaxing and peaceful resort located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, bordering the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Here you are in the beautiful surrounds of the Sao Lourenco Golf Course, landscaped gardens, and the lake. The Village's luxury apartments are ideal for those interested in enjoying a stylish outdoor life in luxurious surroundings, whilst only being a 25 minute drive away from Faro Airport.
Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.
Other Items
For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
