Inside, Villa Solara offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, complemented by high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout and mosquito screens on all windows. Outside, the sunny terrace and private pool create the perfect space for lazy days in the Algarve sunshine, family barbecues and al fresco dining under the stars.

Living Areas

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the appliances you will need during your stay, including an American fridge freezer with a water and ice dispenser, a Smeg kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, four electric hobs, an extractor, a microwave, an electric oven & grill, and an air fryer. The utility room is located just off the kitchen and houses the combined washing machine/dryer, as well as the iron & ironing board. The lounge and dining room are open plan and comfortably furnished, featuring a dining table and chairs, ample sofa seating, a large flat screen Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar showing a wide variety of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports (please bring your own login credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). Double patio doors lead to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level, you will find Bedroom one, a double room with split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom uses the adjacent guest shower room.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony with bedroom three. Bedroom three is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony with bedroom two.

Outside Space

The villa’s south-west-facing private poolside terrace basks in glorious sunshine, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the Algarve sunshine. Stretch out on one of the comfortable sun loungers, cool off beneath one of the three parasols, or take a refreshing dip in the kidney-shaped saltwater pool, with steps for easy access and measuring approximately 7m x 4m. A few steps up lead you to the inviting BBQ terrace, where a gas barbecue and a large dining table for six await, ideal for leisurely al-fresco meals. A parasol shades this space. For a more laid-back vibe, retreat to the charming seating area, complete with a sofa and chairs and shaded by a further parasol.

Location

Just a short stroll from the villa are seven restaurants, cafés and bars, offering a wonderful choice of dining options from relaxed family meals to sophisticated evening dining. The nearby saltwater lake is a focal point of the resort and offers a variety of activities for all ages, including sailing, paddleboarding, windsurfing and family-friendly water adventures. The beautiful sandy beach and Atlantic Ocean are also within easy walking distance.

Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the renowned The Campus, one of Europe's leading sports and wellness centres, featuring tennis, padel, cycling, fitness and performance facilities. The popular Dano's restaurant and sports bar is located adjacent to the centre.

In addition to your own private pool at the villa, guests can use the complex facilities, which include a large communal pool, a children's pool, and tennis courts. Use of the tennis courts is free of charge; you have to take your own racquets and tennis balls.
