The fully fitted kitchen includes modern appliances such as a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, kettle, and toaster. Air conditioning ensures comfort throughout including in the kitchen. There is also a social bathroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Upstairs are the three bedrooms. The master suite offers a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace with two sun loungers overlooking the pool and surrounding green areas. Two additional twin bedrooms are also on this level which share a spacious bathroom complete with both a bathtub and a shower, as well as double vanities.

Outside Space

Patio doors lead from the dining area and open onto a private terrace with a kidney-shaped swimming pool (approx. 3x 5m and 1.60 metres in depth). The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is a glass safety fence fitted around the pool which is good for families with small children; four sun loungers and an outdoor dining area complete with a gas barbecue and food preparation unit.
