Quinta da Colina is a wonderful six bedroom villa with a private pool, a vast lawned garden and terraced areas, perfectly located in a prime position near the entrance to Vale do Lobo. This lovely property is perfect for large family group looking for a private retreat. Quinta da Colina is within close proximity to a selection of excellent golf courses, a number of local restaurants, a horse riding centre and a Tennis academy are also nearby.

The spacious air conditioned living area is comfortably furnished with three x 2 seater sofas, a feature fireplace, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime etc) and patio doors that lead to the front facing terrace.
Additionally, there is a further seating area furnished with armchairs, a JBL portable Bluetooth speaker and with patio doors that lead to the upper terrace which is furnished with a large wooden table with seating for fourteen people.
The kitchen has a central island and three accompanying stools and is well equipped with appliances including a double fridge freezer, five gas hobs, an extractor, juicer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, cafeteria, integrated electric oven & microwave. Patio doors lead to the upper kitchen terrace where you will find the utility area complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a guest cloakroom on this level.
On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a double room with split unit air conditioning, a dressing area, ceiling fan, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a front facing terrace. Bedrooms two and three are on the upper level of the villa. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, a ceiling fan and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to a private balcony with beautiful countryside views. On the lower level of the property you will find bedrooms four, five and six. Bedroom four is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities which is shared with bedroom five- this bathroom interconnects with both bedrooms. Patio doors lead to the mid level terrace. Bedroom five is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and the interconnecting en suite shower room shared with bedroom four. Patio doors lead to the mid-level terrace. Bedroom six is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and use of the adjacent shower room.
The large garden is laid to lawn with many trees and is completely private. The front of the property has a covered dining space which is complete with a table and eight chairs. To the rear of the villa you will find a covered lounging area furnished with rattan sofas and chairs. The infinity swimming pool has an attached children's pool, the pool measures approximately 9m x 6m and the childrens pool measures approximately 3m x 3m and has steps for easy entry. The poolside has a generous sunbathing terrace furnished with six individual fixed sun loungers and two double loungers, and two parasols are also provided if you prefer a little shade. Additionally, there’s an outdoor shower to rinse off before or after a refreshing swim. The poolside pergola is the perfect place to relax on the fixed bench seating while taking in the countryside views. For the budding chefs there is a gas BBQ. From the poolside, a few steps lead down to the exterior shower room. The property is protected by electric entry gates and has a long driveway leading to the villa. There is plenty of parking and also 2 covered carports.
Quinta da Colina is located in a prime position near Vale do Lobo main entrance and is in close proximity to all Vale do Lobo amenities. The villa is less than 200 metres from the Vale do Lobo main entrance and just a short drive from some if the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. In the local area there is a good range of restaurants, including Casa Pituxa and Monica's on your doorstep, and there is also a selection of bars and eateries at the fashionable Vale do Lobo Praca. There is an extensive selection of excellent golf courses in the area, and also a horse riding centre and a Tennis academy nearby.
Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon - Fri, bathroom towels are changed mid-week, and a weekly bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
