Living Areas

The living area has centralised air conditioning and is furnished with ample comfy sofa seating ensuring plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax and enjoy the wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a soundbar to enhance the audio experience. Patio doors lead to the pool.

Steps lead down to the kitchen & dining area. The modern kitchen is well equipped with appliances including an American style double fridge and a double freezer, toaster, four electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, De Longhi coffee machine, kettle and a sandwich machine. The dining area is complete with double side feature fireplace and a table with seating for four people. The utility cupboard is located near the front door and houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom conveniently located on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the entrance level and is a double room (which can be converted into twin beds upon prior request) complete with fitted wardrobes, a safe, air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the pool.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors leading to a Juliet balcony. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors to a small balcony. Both bedroom two and three share separate full bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower.

Outside Space

The property boasts a range of outdoor amenities designed for relaxation and al fresco dining with a beautiful country side and pine tree back drop. The kidney shaped pool measures approx. 6m x 3m and offers an interior bench, ideal for relaxing in the water, a massaging water pipe adding a spa-like element to the pool and a ladder ensuring convenient entry. There are two good quality sunbeds to relax and soak up the sun. For those who enjoy cooking and dining outdoors, the property includes a Beefeater gas BBQ complete with a food preparation counter and sink, perfect for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. Location

Townhouse Verona enjoys a central location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, with the tennis centre close by. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses and over ten other excellent courses nearby in Vilamoura and Quinta do Lago. For nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve. Townhouse Verona is also just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. The wonderful Ria Formosa nature reserve starts near Vale do Lobo and stretches 50km along the coast, with walks, cycling paths and boat trips to islands and bird reserves. The property backs onto a beautiful open area of lawn and there is a children's play area approx.100 yards away.
