Villa Joy is a superb three bedroom villa with private pool that has been refurbished to a very high standard throughout, creating a classy and luxurious property. With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The living room is complete with a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports; DVD player; sound bar and the Wi-Fi internet. Patio doors lead directly to the shaded exterior dining terrace with table and chairs for 6 persons.
The air conditioned kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, electric hobs, extractor, oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer and juicer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the property, and this bedroom has a double bed (cannot be made into a twin), and utilises the family bathroom with shower unit along the corridor.
Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has a double bed that can be prepared as a twin upon request (please inform us in advance of your arrival of your requirements), and a small private terrace overlooking the pool. This bedroom utilises the first floor family bathroom.
Bedroom three is the master suite, with double bed, wall mounted TV, private terrace with views over the pool and tennis academy and an en suite shower room.
Outside Space
The private plunge pool is kidney bean shaped and measures approximately 6 x 3 metres with ladder entry. The pool terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers for sun worshippers- or for those who prefer the shade there is the lovely pagoda. The integrated gas BBQ is perfect for those al-fresco meals enjoyed on the shaded dining terrace.
Location
This comfortable modern villa is conveniently situated near to the tennis club and is also within walking distance of the golden beach at Dunas Douradas.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week; bathroom towels (changed midweek & weekly) and linen (changed weekly). Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
