Overview

Villa Croesa is a truly stunning 5 bedroom villa located in the upmarket Oceano Clube in Vale do Lobo. Situated on a plot overlooking Julia’s beach, it has commanding views of the ocean, which are absolutely breathtaking, and which can be enjoyed as you relax in the villa's pool. From the villa there are steps leading down to a path which connects to Julia’s beach- which is just a short walk away. With wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Living room with wall mounted TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV; distinctive Fogo Montanha style fireplace and full length patio windows leading to the poolside terrace with amazing views to the ocean. The dining area is adjacent to the stunning contemporary kitchen which is fully equipped- with appliances including a wall mounted TV; electric hobs; extractor; oven; dishwasher; integrated coffee machine; microwave; integrated hot plate; and American style fridge freezer.

The utility room on the lower level of the villa houses the washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board etc. Also on the lower level is the excellent games room/ bar- with wall mounted flat screen TV, drinks fridge, darts board and pool table.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the entrance level of the villa and is a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, patio doors to side terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower and double vanities.

Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two is the master suite with double bed, TV, patio doors to the terrace with ocean views and en suite bathroom with shower, spa bath, towel heater and TV. Walk-in closet. Bedroom three has a double bed, a safe in the double wardrobes, patio doors to the terrace and an en suite shower room.

Bedrooms four and five are on the lower level of the villa, the same level as the games room. Bedroom four is a double en suite bedroom and bedroom five a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.

Outside Space

Infinity design swimming pool with ocean views which measures approximately 15 x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. BBQ area with food preparation area and gas BBQ, outside seating, chairs and loungers. Two small putting greens with four holes on the side terraces. On the roof terrace is a jacuzzi with spectacular sea views. Off road parking available on the villa driveway.

Location

Situated within close walking distance of Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente, which is better known as the fashionable Julia’s beach, where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries.

Other Items

Maid service is Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Change of linen & towels after one week. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience in the bathrooms.
