Overview
Sun-hat are proud to introduce you to Villa Elaine, a beautifully renovated, pristine example of a classic three-bedroom Vale de Lobo aldeamento linked villa. The property is built on two levels and boasts an enviable location just a few minutes’ walk from the golden sands of Vale do Lobo beach, as well as the vibrant bars, restaurants, and shops at the renowned ‘Praça’. Air conditioning in two bedrooms and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher, integrated electric oven, grill, microwave, four electric hobs, an extractor fan, a Delta coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, and a hand blender. The utility area within the kitchen conveniently houses a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, featuring a stylish table with seating for six.
A few steps above the kitchen and dining area is the inviting lounge, furnished with a large, comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV offering a wide selection of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a charming terrace, ideal for relaxing or enjoying the sunshine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is conveniently located on the entrance level and features twin beds along with an en-suite shower room for added privacy and comfort.
Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a spacious double room equipped with split-unit air conditioning and a wardrobe. Bedroom three offers twin beds and also features split-unit air conditioning. Bedrooms two and three share a well-appointed family bathroom on the same level as the bedrooms.
Outside Space
The terrace from the lounge is furnished with four sun loungers, a parasol and an outside dining table with seating for six people. The front south facing terrace is furnished with a table and two chairs and two further lounging chairs.
Location
Villa Elaine enjoys a prime location, just a few minutes’ walk from the golden beach and the renowned Praça. This vibrant hub offers a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants, and family entertainment during the summer months. The beaches in this region of the Algarve are among the most breath taking along the picturesque coastline, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation or adventure. Vale do Lobo is a sophisticated destination, renowned for its two championship golf courses—the Royal and the Ocean courses—as well as its clubhouse, which features a restaurant, boutique shops. The is also a Tennis Academy, which offers tennis and Padel classes, court rentals, a restaurant, and a large communal outdoor pool (daily charges apply). For those seeking more activities, horse riding and an array of water sports are also available nearby.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service, bathroom towel change and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Sliced bread 1 loaf, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
