Overview
We are proud to present Villa Seasalt, a lovely three bedroom, three bathroom linked villa with a private pool, centrally and conveniently located in the exclusive Varandas do Lago development which is situated between the renowned golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
Villa Seasalt is exclusive to the Sun-hat portfolio and provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Algarve. Plus, you'll enjoy the added comfort of air conditioning and Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet, all included in the rental rates.
Brand new from October 2024 onwards, Villa Seasalt will now be able to offer pool heating for a weekly supplemental charge.
Living Areas
Open plan living/dining room with split unit air conditioning; flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels, including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and furnished with a comfy sofa and dining table with seating for six persons. There is also a Playstation 4 available for guests use, with a selection of games; and a Bluetooth speaker so you can stream your favourite sounds from your Smart device. Working log fire.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer; microwave; dishwasher; Filter coffee machine; washing machine; three gas hobs & one electric hob; electric oven & grill; kettle and a toaster. The utility room off the kitchen houses the iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a double room located on the entrance level of the property with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room.
Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a flat screen TV, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom.
Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a small balcony on this level.
Outside Space
The swimming pool measures approximately 8 metres x 4 metres and has steps for entry. From October 2024 onwards the pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The spacious poolside terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers, and next to the poolside terrace is the exterior partially covered dining terrace, complete with dining table and seating for six people, food preparation area with a sink and integrated charcoal BBQ. There is a gate from the poolside terrace that offers a shortcut by foot to the nearby Campus in Quinta da Lago.
The roof terrace provides additional private space to relax, this terrace is furnished and has far reaching views.
Location
Villa Seasalt is just 18 minutes drive from Faro airport and is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars, golf courses and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, towel and linen change. Pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience. There is a hairdryer available in each bathroom and a set of straighteners.
Please note that Villa Seasalt has a strict no pet policy.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
