Villa Thelma is a beautiful three bedroom villa with private pool situated in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area - included in the rate.
Living Areas
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a washing machine, electric hobs, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, juicer and coffee maker, this is a Nespresso coffee machine, capsules are available at local supermarket. .
Open plan living/dining room with wall mounted TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports, Sonos sound system, Wi-Fi internet, comfy sofas, dining table for 6 persons and full length glass patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one has a double bed (two twins together to make a double) and an en suite bathroom with shower unit.
Bedroom two has a double bed (two twins together to make a double) and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower unit.
Bedroom three is on the first floor of the villa and this bedroom has a double bed, a dressing area with safe and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit and double wash basins. Patio doors lead to the first floor terrace.
Outside Space
The private swimming pool measures approximately 11 x 5 metres with steps descending into the pool. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Terrace with exterior dining table, integrated gas BBQ and food preparation area.
Location
This villa is only short walking distance from the Vale do Lobo main golf reception, where in addition to the fabulous golf courses you will find shops, a bank, a hairdresser, a spa and Spikes bar/restaurant.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
