Exclusive to the Sun-hat luxury villa portfolio for peak summer 2025 we are proud to present Villa Brilha Sol, a stunning five bedroom property built on three levels with a private swimming pool and garden, ideally situated in a quiet area in the Vila Sol golf resort. Brilha Sol offers a blend of modern and comfortable interiors with beautiful outdoor spaces making it a great choice for families looking for relaxation. In the lower level games room there is a table tennis table for some fun family tournaments and for those that wish to stay active there is also a running machine. The villa sleeps an additional two children up to the age of 16yrs accommodated on two extra beds in the games room and there is an adjacent bathroom with shower unit for guests sleeping in this area of the villa.

Wi-Fi internet and Air conditioning are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Upon entering Villa Brilha Sol you are greeted by an impressive marble and wooden staircase. The living area, dining area and kitchen are of an open plan design. The living area is elegantly furnished with comfortable sofa seating, a fireplace, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of channels including English language channels BBC, ITV and Sky Sports (please bring your own log in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime etc). Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a Delta coffee machine, dishwasher, four electric hobs, oven, extractor fan, microwave, juicer, kettle, toaster and two fridge freezers, there is also a kitchen table and chairs, from here double patio doors lead to the outside covered dining terrace. The dining area is complete with a table and chairs. A separate utility room off the kitchen houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level of the villa is the spacious games room dedicated to entertainment and relaxation and is equipped with the table tennis table, running machine, board games & cards. This room is serviced by an adjacent bathroom with shower and upon requests the additional two guests aged up to 16 years old.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level are bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with air conditioning, double wardrobes and patio doors leading directly to the pool area. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with air conditioning, double wardrobes and patio doors leading to the side terrace. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom with shower unit.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three, four and five. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with air conditioning, double wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom four is a double room with air conditioning, double wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Bedroom five is the master double suite which is complete with two private terraces, and includes air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe and dressing area, a safe, and an en suite bathroom with a spa bath and a hydro-massage shower.

Outside Space

Brilha Sol benefits from an extensive and lovely landscaped garden with lawned areas, plants, flowers and mature shrubs. The swimming pool measures approx. 10 metres x 4 metres and has steps for easy entry. The sun deck is furnished with sun loungers and comfy outside sofa and chair seating. There is an outside shower for you to rinse off before a dip! For al-freso dining guests have a choice of cooking on the gas BBQ, or on the brick built charcoal BBQ on the lower garden level. There is plenty of room for car parking on the villa’s driveway and the property is protected by electric entry gates.

Location

The villa is situated in peaceful surroundings just a short distance from shops, bars and restaurants of the resort.

The beach and promenade at Quarteira is less than a 10 minute drive away with its many shops, restaurants & bars. Vilamoura offers a wide range of activities including a casino and beach club. Leisure and sports are plentiful and include five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover full maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.

This owner will not accept groups of single sex or mixed groups with age group under 25 years.
