An imposing 8 bedroom villa located in a quiet residential area within Vale Judeu, approximately 9km from the resorts of Vilamoura, with its marina, sophisticated nightlife and golden beaches & Vale do Lobo, a popular golf and beach resort. There is a small coffee shop within easy walking distance of the property. The property is also

within easy reach of Almancil, (4km) where you will find the nearest large supermarket and choice of restaurants.

The villa is well presented and comfortable with large rooms and enjoys the benefit of

Fibre Internet and air conditioning throughout. The property is fully enclosed and secure

with entrance gates, an alarm system and a safe.

The property is built over two levels and consists of the main house and two annex

bedrooms in a separate building behind the main house.

Living Areas

Spacious lounge & dining room with a large comfortable L shaped sofa, Smart TV where

you can sign-in to your own Netflix or Amazon accounts or watch one of the many

international channels provided. The large dining table has seating for 12 people. Patio

doors open out to the pool and garden area.

Second living room, with two comfortable sofas, feature wood burning fireplace a TV,

games consoles and a football table.

Fully fitted kitchen, with a large fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave,

dishwasher, expresso coffee machine and blender, along with all the usual small

kitchen appliances.

A separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor.

Bedroom 6 is a twin or king size room with a window to the front, overlooking the pool.

Bedroom 5 is a twin or king size room with en suite shower room and a window

overlooking the pool and garden.

Bedroom 4 is a twin or king size room with en suite shower room and a window

overlooking the garden.

On the first floor you will find another three bedrooms:

The Master bedroom with twin or king size bed, en suite bathroom with large free standing bath and walk in shower. Patio doors open onto a terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

Bedroom 2 is a twin or king size room with en suite shower room and patio doors opening out to a nice terrace with views of the hills behind the property.

Bedroom 3 is a twin or king size room with en suite shower room and patio doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool and garden

Separate Annexe

Bedrooms 7 and 8 are located in the separate building at the back of the property accessed via a courtyard from the second living room. These rooms have independent entrances. Both of the rooms have en suite shower rooms, one is set up with twin or king size beds, one is set up with a double bed, both rooms have sofas.

Outside Space

The large pool measuring 9.5m x 4.5m which can be heated (supplement required when

not included - see below rates for addition info), is surrounded by paved terraces

providing lots of space for the plentiful garden furniture provided.

Gently sloping lawns provide a great area for children to play and the landscaped

gardens with mature trees provide shade and privacy.

A brick-built charcoal barbeque with seating area is tucked around the side of the

property next to the kitchen and the small orchard of fruit trees.

Plenty of parking is provided on the long driveway with a shaded car port to keep

vehicles cool

Location

There is a restaurant and café within easy walking distance of the property. The cosmopolitan resort of Vilamoura, with its marina, sophisticated nightlife and golden beaches are a short drive away (approximately 9km). Also close by is the Aquashow water park. The property is also within easy reach of Almancil, where you will find the nearest large supermarket and the resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale de lobo.

Other Items

A pre-arrival clean is provided as part of the bookings and is covered by the mandatory £350 cleaning fee charged by the property manager. Extra towels and washing machine tablets would be provided should you wish to use the machine.

Mid-week or additional maid service is not included, but can be arranged on request for an additional charge of £20 per hour.

Air conditioning throughout included in the weekly rental rate.

Car hire is essential for guests staying at this property, which enjoys a peaceful Algarve countryside location within close driving distance of a selection of resorts- Vilamoura or Vale do Lobo is approximately 10 minutes drive away.
