Villa Laransol is a beautiful four bedroom countryside villa with a private swimming pool, recently renovated to an exceptional standard. Bright, spacious and modern throughout, the villa combines contemporary design with the warmth, character and charm of a traditional Portuguese home, while enjoying panoramic countryside views stretching all the way to the sea.

Designed with families in mind, the villa also features a fantastic games area with plenty to keep everyone entertained, including a pool table, table tennis and table football — perfect for relaxed afternoons and a bit of friendly competition.

Perfectly positioned close to the village of Boliqueime, Villa Laransol is just a 15-minute drive from the stylish marina at Vilamoura and around 25 minutes from Faro Airport. Whether you’re spending lazy days by the pool, dining al fresco with family, or exploring the beautiful Algarve coastline, Villa Laransol offers the perfect setting for a memorable family holiday.

Air conditioning throughout, electric shutters with a entrance master switch, and Wi-Fi are both included within the rental rate.

Living Areas

Enter into bright and spacious air conditioned, open plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen. The lounge is comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating and features a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of English language channels through the IPTV box including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy streaming services such as Netflix & Amazon Prime). From here patio doors open onto the upper balcony with amazing countryside views. The air conditioned dining area is complete with a large table and seatng for eight people. Patio doors open onto the upper balcony with steps leading down to the poolside.

The modern air conditioned kitchen features a central island with four accompanying stools and is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including, four electric hobs, an extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine, a integrated electric oven, grill & microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, and a hand blender. A convenient door leads to a side terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level of the villa you will find the games room complete with a pool table, table tennis table and a football table, ideal for some fun family competition.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the upper balcony with amazing views.

Stairs lead up to bedroom two, three and four. Bedroom two is a twin room with 0.90m x 2.0m beds, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and patio doors that open onto a shared balcony with bedroom three. Bedroom three is a twin room with 0.90m x 2.0m beds, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the shared balcony with bedroom two. Both bedrooms two & three share the adjacent bathroom.

Bedroom four is the master double suite with a 2.0m x 2.0m bed, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, dressing area with fitted wardrobes, and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool.

Outside Space

The balcony off the lounge is furnished with a large outside table and chairs, perfect for al fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ. There is also a parasol if you are looking for a little shade. Villa Laransol occupies an elevated plot with plenty of space to relax and take in the countryside views. From the upper balcony stairs lead down to the pool area furnished with sunbeds and two parasols. The pool measures approx. 10m x 4m and has steps for easy entry. The entrance is protected by electric gates and the villas forecourt has ample parking.

Location

Located within a 5 minutes drive away or a 10-15 minute walk to the the village of Boliqueime, where you will find several cafes, bars and a range of restaurants; the village is also well catered for with a chemist, bank, and a choice of supermarkets.

Villa Laransol is also located less than 20 minutes drive away from both the inland city of Loulé, and the coastal resorts of Vilamoura with its bustling Marina and many bars and eateries, and Albufeira, where you will find some of the most popular beaches in the region. The Algarve hotspots of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago are also just 20 min drive away making Boliqueime the place to base yourself for easy access to many locations.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, a hair dryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
