New for summer 2026, Villa Sunhouse has a brand new air conditioning system throughout all of the bedrooms; a newly refurbished swimming pool and three bathrooms have also been refurbished. Updated photos will be added to this presentation asap!
Living Areas
The main living space is a large, comfortable sitting room with a fireplace, a TV with full Sky/ BBC/ITV TV facility, a DVD player, a CD player, a bar with fridge freezer and a generous dining area. The well equipped kitchen, which includes the usual modern conveniences, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker .
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms ( bed sizes 1.80m x 2.00m and 1.60m x 2.00m), one twin bedroom (beds 0.90m x 2.00m) with an adjacent bathroom and two further twin bedrooms ( beds 0.90m x 2.00m) served by a separate bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms has a key operated safety deposit box.
Outside Space
Patio doors lead out onto the terrace and the pool, which measures approximately 9m x 5m. The large garden is laid to lawn and dotted with shrubs and shady pine trees. At mealtimes, there is ample room to eat ‘Al fresco’ and enjoy the fixed charcoal barbecue provided.

It's only a few minutes by car from a choice of golden sandy beaches. For shopping and eating out, visit Vilamoura’s fashionable marina nearby. The villa is 5 minutes walk to Pinhal Golf Course and 10-15 minutes walk to 'Old Course'(World famous International Golf Course)

Rates include maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Air conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms. The villa has Wi-Fi for clients use.
Please note that this property is being offered with a 20% discount from September 2026 until the end of the year, to account for any background disturbance due to a renovation project on a nearby villa. Please note that noisy building work is prohibited in the touristic resort of Vilamoura during the peak months of July and August.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2027 bookings are based on 2026 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Nov / Dec 2026 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
