Overview

Set within the quiet residential community of Gibbes Glade in Barbados, Todmorden is a traditionally styled 3-bedroom coral stone villa, designed so that all of the bedrooms and living areas can enjoy the cooling tropical breezes. Surrounded by lush gardens, the outdoor pool area is reminiscent of a tropical oasis. The villa is a 5-minute walk from Gibbes Beach, one of the best beaches on the West Coast of Barbados. The historic town of Speightstown, which offers a range of shopping and casual dining options, is just a 10-minute drive away.

Living Areas

The spacious living room with Satellite TV, WIFI as well as Sonos Entertainment System and three separate seating areas opens on to a covered terrace featuring an alfresco dining and separate seating area, overlooking the gardens and salt water swimming pool.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The villa is comfortably furnished, with three spacious bedrooms, two with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds (which can be made up as kings if required) and feature modern en-suite shower rooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning.

Master bedroom; king with en-suite with shower and double vanity. Bedroom 2; king with en-suite with shower and single vanity. Bedroom 3; twin with en-suite with shower and single vanity - bedroom 3 can be made up as a king if preferred, with advance notice.

Location

The villa is a 5 minute walk from Gibbes Beach and both historic Speightstown, and vibrant Holetown, are just a 10 minute drive away , and offer easy access to shopping, fine dining, charming beachfront cafes and vibrant nightlife.

The wide range of excellent services available include airport transfers; pre-stocking of grocery items at your villa; dining reservations; arrangement of well-being services including spa bookings, private massages, manicure/ pedicures; personal trainers and acupuncture; organisation of golf and tours; baby equipment rental; babysitting; floral arrangements and much more. Other Items

There is a housekeeping service six times per week and chef; please note, the chef prepares two consecutive meals with a choice of breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner as preferred.

Please note that after arrival, the local management company will ask you for your credit card details and the Security Deposit of $750 will be debited accordingly. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges such as concierge, will be charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The security deposit, or any balance thereof, will be held until 14 days after departure and then refunded accordingly.

Guests are not permitted to use P20 sunscreen, which can cause irreparable damage to linens that is not visible until laundered. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of guests to ensure that their sunscreen does not contain P20. The property manager does advise that guests will be charged up to $50 per damaged towel or up to $300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
