Villa Lux Arche was built in 2021 and is characterized by an unforgettable architectural design.

Offering spacious, modern and very comfortable accommodation over two levels, the villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suites (1 on the ground floor with direct access to the pool & 3 on the first floor), one guest toilet, and a large open-plan well-furnished living/dining/kitchen area and the interior of the villa offers a modern design, while at the same time creating a warm relaxing atmosphere.

The exterior of the villa consists of a lovely garden, terraces with furniture and a heatable* salt-water swimming pool.

Close by to Villa Lux Istria, and when booked together, these two villas are the perfect choice for two families or groups wishing to holiday together but looking for the independence of their own accommodation.

Villa Lux Arche is an ideal choice for a relaxing villa holiday with family and friends, and when you do wish to head out there are easy day trips from Ližnjan to the historical town of Pula, which boasts an ancient Roman amphitheatre, or the coastal town Rovinj, which is characterised by the many narrow streets in the town centre and its harbour filled with nice terraces. The Brijuni Islands are also worth a visit; they can be reached by boat from Fažana.

All bathrooms have hairdryers.

Outside Space

Villa Lux Arche features a salt-water swimming pool (which is heatable*), surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable loungers and enclosed by a lovely garden, laid to lawn. The covered terrace has a comfy rattan suite, and table and chairs, and a wood & charcoal barbecue, for alfresco dining.

Villa Lux Arche is located just outside the seaside village of Ližnjan.

Distance to the beach, 500m.

Nearest grocery shop, 400 m, Nearest shops 1.1kms, Nearest town: Pula, 12kms.

Nearest airport Pula, 16 kms.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and Laundry service – towels changed mid-week and linen changed after 7 days.

Air conditioning in the living area and the bedrooms.

Pool heating is available on request at a supplementary charge of 150 euros per week. To be requested a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival and both for a minimum of 7 nights.

Please note that if guests arrive at the villa after 10pm they will be charged €50 for a late check in fee, payable locally.
