Named after the famous ballerina Carlotta Grisi, the villa offers accommodation for 8 persons and combines simplicity and grace, providing guests with maximum comfort throughout.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with central island, a large dining area for 8 persons and a bright and spacious living room — a perfect spot for relaxation.

A modern wooden staircase leads up to the first floor, where the 4 bedrooms are located, all double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. There is also a utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer on this level.

The outdoor area of Villa Carlotta features a heated* swimming pool (included 1/5 – 31/10, free of charge) a sunbathing area with loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower, as well as a stylish “sunken” lounge area and an alfresco dining area & outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

In 2025, Villa Carlotta added an impressive sports zone, including a tennis court (approx. 800 m² in size and racquets provided) and a basketball court with lighting for nighttime play.

Guests also have access to a separate small room with gym (note - care should be taken with equipment) and a games area featuring a pool table, table football, darts board, a TV system, library, separate Wi-Fi and air conditioning control.

There is an indoor Jacuzzi, wellness area with Finnish sauna, with doors out to the swimming pool & terrace, too.

A fully equipped kitchen with a central island with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher & wine fridge, a large dining area for 8 persons and a bright and spacious living room with blue sofa & 2 easy chairs, flat screen Satellite TV, WIFI, fireplace — a perfect spot for relaxation and get together. Doors to terrace from both the living & dining areas.
