Overview

Casa Sunshine is nestled in a quiet, residential area on the southwest coast of the island, just 1.5 kms from the beautiful, family-friendly resort and beach of Cala Vadella.

This beautiful white-and-stone three-bedroom villa offers spacious accommodation and has been thoughtfully designed across multiple levels.

The layout seamlessly combines traditional stone charm with bright, airy living spaces, beautifully decorated in relaxing neutral tones and soft pastels throughout.

The restful sleeping quarters comprise two comfortable double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, perfectly accommodating families or groups. Serving these rooms are three well-appointed bathrooms/shower rooms, offering plenty of privacy and convenience for everyone staying at the villa.

The indoor spaces connect effortlessly to the outdoors via large terrace doors in the living and dining areas. These open onto a covered terrace, complete with table and chairs for dining under the stars, alongside a gas barbecue for easy summer grilling.

A secondary terrace features built-in banco (bench) seating - the ultimate spot to unwind with a refreshing drink.

From here, just seven steps lead down to a private swimming pool, surrounded by split-level sun terraces and parasols perfectly positioned for soaking up the sun.

When you are ready to explore, the nearby sheltered bay of Cala Vadella offers a selection of scenic beach bars, cafes, and restaurants, alongside convenient mini-markets and boutiques. For broader amenities, the charming village of San José is just a short drive away, providing everything you need, including supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, fishmongers, and a vibrant variety of local eateries.

Living Areas

Front door opening to the ground floor;

On the left-hand side, archway to the living area with comfortable sofa & pouffe, Satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker JBL, WIFI – Fibre optic internet, ceiling fan and doors to terrace, ahead the dining area with table & chairs and doors to terrace, and on the right-hand side, archway to kitchen with breakfast bar & four stools, electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker & milk frother, kettle, toaster, blender, and juicer.

Also on this level, there is an additional refrigerator with three freezer drawers, as well as a washer and dryer. An ironing board and iron are also available for use.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Front door opening to the ground floor;

3 steps up to 1 double bedroom with ceiling fan and doors to terrace, adjacent shower room (with walk-in shower).

Further steps up to the master bedroom with four-poster double bed, and 1 step to en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath and separate walk-in shower. The master bedroom opens onto a beautiful furnished terrace with lovely views across and down to the sea.

3 further steps up to 1 twin bedroom with doors to Juliet balcony, and 1 step up to en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower).

Outside Space

Terrace doors, from the living and dining areas, lead out to a covered, with table & chairs for alfresco dining, and a further terrace with banco seating – perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink. 7 steps lead down to the swimming pool and there are split-level terraces, with parasols, for sunbathing.

There is a gas barbecue at the property.

Note – Care should be taken with the horizontal wooden railings on the terraces at the property.

Casa Sunshine is located on the Southwest side of the island in a quiet, residential area, close to the beach and family-friendly resort of Cala Vadella, just 1.5 kms away.

The resort offers small mini-markets and boutiques, as well as a selection of beach bars, cafes and restaurants with views of the bay.

Nearest village for local amenities: San Jose, 12.3kms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
