Overview

Casa Menorca is conveniently located in a residential area, just a few minutes’ walk to the sandy coves of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran, and just a short walk to the Cala D’or centre with its lovely selection of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants.

A two-storey villa, that enjoys a lot of natural light, which is spacious, very comfortable, with a fresh and contemporary feel throughout.

An open plan living, dining and kitchen area. From the living area, there are patio doors to the front of the villa, with a comfy sitting area overlooking the pool. From the kitchen a side patio door connects to a small terrace with a dining table.

The ground floor also offers a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two shower rooms. On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms - the master double bedroom has a dressing area, en-suite shower room and access to its own terrace and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Outside, there is a rectangular swimming pool, set in an open terrace surround and bordered by a small garden laid to lawn, with flowering shrubs & trees, enclosed by fences – a lovely spot to while away the hours.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
