Finca S’Hort is set in the countryside, in neighbouring grounds to Sa Tanca Nova, and when booked together, both properties make the ideal combination for two families wishing to holiday together but looking for the independence of their own accommodation.

Spacious and comfortable, Finca S’Hort offers accommodation on two levels, with the living/dining and kitchen areas, as well as one shower room, on the ground floor.

The three bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 further bathroom on the first-floor level.

Doors lead out from both the living/dining area, and the kitchen, to the terrace, which wraps around two sides of the property, with table and chairs, and built-in barbecue for alfresco dining, and to the attractive swimming pool, which is set in an open terrace surrounded and enclosed by a large garden, laid to lawn with trees & shrubs.

Living Areas

Ground floor – archway from entrance hall to living area with beige coloured L-shaped sofa, Satellite TV, DVD player, CD/Radio, WIFI and doors to terrace, dining area with doors to terrace, kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast table & chairs, and doors to terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor – 1 shower room (also housing washing machine).

First floor – 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom.

Outside Area

Doors lead out from both the living/dining area, and the kitchen, to the terrace, which wraps around two sides of the property, with table and chairs, and built-in barbecue for alfresco dining, and to the attractive swimming pool, which is set in an open terrace surrounded and enclosed by a large garden, laid to lawn with trees & shrubs. There is a table tennis table for entertainment.

Maid service will be on arrival day and there will be a change of linen & towels mid-stay for a reservation of 14 days.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms on a timer, 1900hrs – 0700hrs

From 1 June – 30 September. If air conditioning is required 24hrs a day during these months, it is available on request, at a supplementary charge of 25 euros per day.

If air-conditioning is required during April, May & October, it is available on request, and on a timer, 1900hrs – 0700hrs, at a supplementary charge of 30 euros per day.

Central heating is available on request, at a supplementary charge of €30 per day - based on 8 hours per day: 07:00 - 09:30hrs and 18:30 - 00:00hrs.

Balearics Tourism License - ETV-0454BAL.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
