Overview

Melis is a lovely two-storey villa located in a very pretty peaceful part of the countryside. It offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation in the main house and in two separate annexes, the perfect choice for a large family or group of friends looking for a rural retreat, yet just a 10 minutes’ drive from beautiful Santanyi. The outside is wonderful; a great place to enjoy the Mediterranean garden with rose, lavender and rosemary bushes, as well as palm and carob trees, and the lovely views of the surrounding countryside. There is the large main swimming pool, salt-water, and a separate long splash pool for children. There is a lawned area by the swimming pool with sun beds and a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and built-in barbecue for meals “al fresco".

Ground floor – 1 twin bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room (walk-in shower which has been adapted for the disabled), 1 cloakroom.

First floor - 1 double antique bed, doors to terrace and en-suite full bathroom (with corner bath), 1 twin bedroom with doors to Juliet balcony and doors to terrace, with en-suite shower room (walk-in shower).

Exterior access to separate annexe, next to the main house overlooking the garden – 1 bedroom with “four-poster antique bed”, sitting area, doors to terrace and en-suite full bathroom.

Air conditioning throughout on a timer – bedrooms (20.00-0700hrs), other areas (08.00-10.00hrs & 12.00-1400hrs).

Balearics Tourism License - ETV-729

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
