Villa Verano is of elegant architectural design, offering spacious & comfortable multi-level accommodation, and beautifully integrated into its steep hillside setting high up above Port d’Andratx.

It is a peaceful and largely residential area, covered with pine trees and affording spectacular views over one of Mallorca’s prettiest bays.

You drive straight into the parking area, and the upper floor of the house, and the other three levels cascade gracefully down to the sunny swimming pool and terraces.

There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms/shower rooms at Villa Verano, and it is the perfect choice for a family with older children or group of friends wishing to holiday together but looking for space and independence in the layout of their accommodation.

Bright and breezy interiors combine with comfy and casual furnishings for a laid-back summery feel, perfect for enjoying your holiday on the island to the full.

Adding to the villa’s dreamy vibe are balustrade-lined staircases and columns that bring a touch of classical refinement, too. There is a lovely swimming pool, surrounded by a sun-bathing terrace, a covered terrace with a hot tub-jacuzzi and a bar, and a sauna & steam room.

Surrounding gardens are brimming with mature palms and fragrant flora, and there is even a nice lawned area, on the lowest level, too.

Note - This property has a number of steps & levels, both inside & outside the property, which is something to consider for young children or guests with reduced mobility.

Living Areas

Ground floor – Upper level - entrance hall, living room with 2 large cream-coloured sofas, armchair & pouffe, Satellite TV and doors to terrace, leading to dining area and doors to terrace, white fitted kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave & dishwasher.

Lower level – further living room, with cream coloured corner sofa, Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to terrace, kitchenette with sink, 2 ring electric hob & small fridge.

Lower level – utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Verano’s bedrooms are bright and cheerfully decorated, with most enjoying fabulous vistas and some opening to a terrace.

Ground floor – Upper level – Guest cloakroom.

Lower level – 1 double bedroom, 1 shower room.

Lower level – Master double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom (with separate shower), 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Lower level – 2 double bedrooms, both with doors to terrace, 1 twin bedroom, 2 shower rooms.

PLEASE NOTE: The maximum occupancy of the villa is 10 persons plus 1 infant.

Outside Space

Chances are that you will be spending a lot of time in and out of the swimming pool, before retiring to a poolside lounger or cushioned Bali bed to dry off in the Mallorcan sun. Next to the swimming pool is a covered terrace with a jacuzzi-hot tub and a bar area for mixing drinks.

There are table & chairs and a Weber gas barbecue for alfresco dining.

You’ll also find the fitness area with boxing tower, exercise bike, running machine, weights and access to the patio/terrace, sauna & steam room on this level.

Villa Verano is perched high on the hillside, close to Port d’Andratx on the southwest coast of Mallorca.

Nearest Supermarket – Eroski Port d’Andratx, 3kms.

Nearest Village – Port d’Andratx, 4kms.

Nearest Beach – Camp de Mar, 8kms.

The villa and all bedrooms & bathrooms/shower rooms will be fully prepared for arrival and then;

Mid-stay clean on a Wednesday. If staying more than 1 week, extra clean and linen & towel change on a Saturday.

There is a local tourist tax called eco tax for all visitors to the Balearic Islands; this is included.
