Welcome to Estrella del Calvari, a 5 bedroomed property located close to the famous Calvario steps in the beautiful old town of Pollensa.

With its elevated position above the town, this villa offers panoramic views of the town, the countryside and the sea, providing a picturesque backdrop for your stay.

Villa Estrella del Calvari blends traditional Mallorcan elements with contemporary style, creating a unique and cosy retreat. The villa captures the timeless charm of the island's architecture while offering modern comforts for a comfortable stay.

Inside the villa, you will find spacious living & dining areas, designed for relaxation and entertainment, and a well-equipped modern kitchen.

Each of the 5 bedrooms has full-length windows to make the most of the views, but also makes the property bright and airy.

Step outside onto the terrace and soak in the Mediterranean sunshine while enjoying the breathtaking views. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, savour a meal on the terrace, or simply appreciate the beauty of the landscape surrounding the villa.

Please be aware that lively fiestas take place in Pollensa across July and August and the spectacular "Davallament" procession takes place in the centre of the town on Good Friday.

Note - This property may not be suitable for families with toddlers or those unstable on their feet, due to the design of the staircase and other architectural features.

Finally, we suggest using a small car to access the villa due to the narrowness of the street and limited parking.

Upper floor:

Entrance, 1 double bedroom (200cm x 190cm) with en-suite shower room, guest cloakroom.

Lower floor:

1 double bedroom (200cm x 190cm) with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom (200cm x 190cm), 2 twin bedrooms (single beds of 100cm x 190cm each), 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with separate shower.

Outside Space

Patio doors lead out from the living/dining/kitchen area to a lovely terrace with breathtaking views & rattan suite for relaxing and table & chairs and a barbecue for alfresco dining. Steps lead down to the lower level, where the rectangular swimming pool is located, set in an open terrace surround, with sun loungers & parasols, a lovely spot for sunbathing. Table tennis table for entertainment.

The outdoor spaces are designed to seamlessly connect with the natural surroundings. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, savour a meal on the terrace, or simply appreciate the beauty of the landscape surrounding the villa.

Location

Well-located for the beautiful old town of Pollensa, with a lovely selection of shops and bars/cafes/restaurants and the open-air Sunday morning market.

Note - Just a short walk from the main square, however the walk involves navigating the famous Calvario steps, which can be challenging for some.

Distance to supermarket, Eroski or Lidl on the industrial estate (the main road which runs from Pollensa-Puerto Pollensa), 2.5kms.

The nearby beaches of Puerto Pollença and Cala San Vicente are just a short drive away. Distance to Puerto Pollensa beach & resort, 7.5kms, and Cala San Vicente beach & smaller resort, 7.4kms.

Mid-week change of towels and change of linen every 7 days (on bookings of 14 days).

Air conditioning in the living area and the bedrooms.

It is essential that guests follow the collection laws and dispose of their rubbish on a regular and accurate basis. Non-disposal of rubbish, 100 euros.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
