Set in the countryside, just a short drive from Sa Pobla, and within easy reach of the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Playa de Muro, Villa Lluna Nova is a spacious and welcoming Mallorcan property.
It offers accommodation on two levels. The large lounge has comfortable sofas, 49” flat screen TV (with Sky Sport package), Play Station, WIFI internet connection, dining area and patio doors leading to terrace. The separate kitchen is pine fitted and fully equipped, also with a door to terrace.
There are 4 bedrooms (all with en-suites) - one on the ground floor and three on the first floor, with the terrace on this first floor level affording amazing views over the swimming pool, grounds and surrounding area.
Outside the villa enjoys a peaceful and private setting. Extensive, beautifully mature, well-kept gardens surround the property and the private pool to provide excellent seclusion.
The swimming pool measures 8m x 4.5m (depth between 1m and 1.9m) and is set in an open surround with comfortable sun-beds. Extensive furnished terraces provide plenty of choice for outdoor relaxation, there is a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining and a table tennis table for entertainment!

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning throughout (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.
Central heating for early or late season lets, available on request at a supplementary charge.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Sa Pobla, Buger, Inca .

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected locally on your arrival and check-in.
