A gated entrance leads into the grounds, open and covered terraces and the spacious pool area, which is bordered by a lawned garden. A couple of steps up and into the property, Arena Blanca offers spacious and modern split-level accommodation. There is a portable barbecue for alfresco dining and a roof terrace, which enjoys sea views.

Cleaning and Laundry service;

- For 1 week stays, towels are changed once mid week.

- For 2 week stays, towels are changed twice mid week and full service (cleaning, linen and towels) is done after 7 days.

Balearic's Tourism License - ET0991ME

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
