Villa Mariposa occupies a corner plot in the residential area of S’Atalaya, in the lovely resort of Binibeca on the Southeastern corner of the island.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/shower rooms, it is the ideal choice for a family wishing to holiday in a spacious, modern & comfortable house, with open and bright spaces.

The outdoors is lovely.

Patio doors lead out to a covered terrace which runs the length of the villa, with a sofa & chairs at one end, and table & chairs, and barbecue for alfresco dining at the other end.

From here, 5 steps lead down to the lower-level terrace and the rectangular swimming pool, which is set in an open terrace surround, with sun loungers & parasols, bordered by a garden laid to lawn with bushes & flowering shrubs and enclosed by walls & hedges.

Patio doors also lead out to a rear patio terrace, with table & chairs, and there is a spiral staircase (note - care should be taken on the staircase and should not be used by young children) leading to the roof terrace, with banco seating & table and bar & stools, and lovely views of the surrounding area out to sea.

Living/dining area with L-shaped cream-coloured sofa, Satellite TV, WIFI and two sets of patio doors, opening on one side to the rear patio with table & chairs, and on the other side to a further terrace, which runs the length of the villa, and from here steps down to the swimming pool, surrounding terrace and garden. Fitted kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar & stools and patio door to terrace. Utility room with washing machine.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and Laundry service;

- For 1 week stays, towels are changed once mid-week.

- For 2 week stays, towels are changed twice mid-week and full service (cleaning, linen and towels) is done after 7 days.

Balearic's Tourism License - ET3039 ME

Air-conditioning in the living area & the bedrooms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
