Villa Son Tato is a property that will delight your senses due to its location!

Affording a frontline position on the Passeig de Sa Torre de Son Ganxo, the exteriors of Villa Son Tato – swimming pool, terrace & gardens – offer spectacular views of the sea and Southeastern corner of the island, where you can see the Isla del Aire at the entrance of the port, and its magnificent lighthouse, watch sailboats and yachts pass by, and dine al fresco while enjoying the wonderful views.

Inside, Villa Son Tato offers spacious and comfortable multi-level accommodation.

An entrance hall welcomes you to the property.

On the left-hand side is the wing of the villa with the comfortable living/dining area & well equipped kitchen and on the right-hand side is the wing of the villa with the bedrooms & bathroom/shower rooms - 1 double bedroom and 4 steps down to the 3 further bedrooms – Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 further double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom – these 3 bedrooms have access to the terrace and garden area - 1 bathroom (2 steps up & into bathtub) and 1 shower room.

Outside, in the terrace area, there are table & chairs for alfresco dining and an area where comfortable sofas are positioned so you can enjoy the lovely views and the sun setting at the end of the day.

The swimming pool has 2 lots of stairs for access, 4 steps into the corner-shallow end, and a metal step ladder-deep end.

10 steps lead down to the garden on the lower level, and from here, via a gate, leading to the rocky headland by the sea (note – care should be taken with children, and they should be always supervised).

Fitted kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave & dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and access to the patio. 4 steps down to the dining area with table & chairs and access to the terrace, leading around to the reading corner with two chairs & a pouffe and finally up 3 steps to the living room with comfortable L-shaped sofa, Satellite TV & WIFI.

Villa Tato is located on the Passeig de Sa Torre de Son Ganxo, it is frontline and enjoys wonderful views.

Punta Prima beach & resort, with supermarket and a small selection of bar/cafes/restaurants is 2 kms away and Binibeca beach & resort is 3.8kms away.

Other Items

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and Laundry service;

- For 1 week stays, towels are changed once mid-week.

- For 2 week stays, towels are changed twice mid-week and full service (cleaning, linen and towels) is done after 7 days.

Balearic's Tourism License – ET2692 ME

Air-conditioning in the living area & the bedrooms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
