A driveway lined with colourful trees and lush plants leads up to the main entrance to the villa.

This consists of the living/dining room, an elegant space where the large windows let in plenty of light, leading through to the beautiful and rustic kitchen which overlooks the pool area. The living room has a stylish, welcoming atmosphere, and the kitchen is decorated with light grey and blue tones and typical Sicilian ceramics.

From the living area, a corridor leads to the sleeping area, which consists of five bedrooms, two shower rooms and one bathroom, all elegantly furnished, bright and spacious.

To the rear of the villa, is a beautiful 10 x 5 m private swimming pool surrounded by a fine lawned gardens, a large covered patio and furniture.

You have everything you need to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

All of this, just a short distance away from the sea and the fascinating Baroque towns of Sicily.

The house is set entirely on one level.

Entrance hall leading on the right hand side to; The living/dining room with high beamed ceilings, picture window at one end and doors to terrace at the other end, Satellite TV, DVD player & WIFI. Through to the kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Entrance hall leading to the five bedrooms and three shower rooms, all elegantly furnished, bright and spacious. There is 1 double bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite shower room. 2 further double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 shower room.
