Casa Ferruzi 4 is one of the apartments, with a comfortable living area, kitchen with dining area and 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom.

Whether you spend your evenings next to the fireplace or in your private garden, the property`s design assures plenty of privacy for all guests. You will feel completely welcome. The swimming-pool within the beautifully landscaped garden is for communal use and offers stunning views onto the famous organic vineyards of Panzano.

Although the village of Panzano with its wine bars, restaurants and shops is only 2 kms away, you are immersed in nature and one of the most impressive landscapes of the Chianti area.

A tennis court is available at the winery of the owners (about 1 km away), and the wine-cellars can be visited- both free of charge.

Outside Space

Furnished private patio, private garden. Charcoal BBQ. Swimming Pool with solarium, open from mid-May until the end of October, the pool is used by all four houses of the property and measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres. There is a pool gate for extra security. Exceptional views onto the vineyards, olive groves and the rolling Tuscan hills and sunset. Private location, space for parking.

The breakage deposit for this villa is 250 Euro which must be paid locally upon arrival.

The housekeeper of the villa will be happy to provide a foodpack for you upon arrival, the price will be the hourly cost of the maid to do the shopping, plus the receipt for the groceries. Please advise us of the list of groceries you would like to have when you arrive.

In addition to the stunning scenery and the tranquil, relaxing environment that the Tuscany region affords, there is also plenty to do with your family and friends! Practice your Italian cooking in the villa's well-equipped kitchen, wine tastings in the fabulous Chianti vineyards, walking in the beautiful hills and countryside, swimming in your private pool, bicycle rides, tennis, golf, sightseeing visits to the beautiful local villages, and not forgetting trips to the magnificent cities of Florence and Siena, both of which are steeped in history and tradition.

One of the great holiday experiences when staying at a villa in Tuscany is to have a private dinner cooked for you by a professional Italian cook. It has to be said that Italian home cooking really is second to none, with the use of tasty seasonal and local ingredients and complimented by a glass of the fine local Chianti wines. You can book this additional service so that you can enjoy the fine evenings relaxing at your villa with your family and friends, enjoying the excellent food and the stunning scenery long into the Summer evenings.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
