Casale Valentino is a charming, newly renovated property located in the picturesque village of San Giusto di Compito, within the town of Capannori, near Lucca.

The village is famed for hosting the annual Camellia Show, where visitors from around the world gather to enjoy the vibrant blooming of these beautiful plants.

Casale Valentino offers spacious accommodation across two floors and is designed for comfort with an authentic Tuscan atmosphere.

The property offers approximately 1,000 square meters of private, fully fenced outdoor space, perfect for those seeking relaxation in a serene Tuscan setting.

At the centre of the fenced garden, on a lower level, there is an above-ground pool, octangle swimming pool measuring 9m x 4m, with a depth of 1.30m, ideal for cooling off and enjoying the Tuscan sun. The sunbathing area is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas.

There is a portable charcoal grill barbecue and guests can enjoy their culinary creations under the shaded veranda, complete with a dining table for alfresco meals.

Ground floor – Entrance hall leading to dining area with table & chairs and archway to kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast table & chairs, and doors to a large veranda for alfresco dining, living room furnished with comfortable, blue-coloured sofas, Satellite TV, WIFI & doors to the garden.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Ground floor – 1 shower room.

First floor – accessed by a stone staircase of 15 steps – 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower room.

Outside Space

Other Items

The first cot and highchair are available on request, provided free of charge. Any further cots and highchairs are available on request, at a supplementary charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a light clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Final cleaning charge of 150 euros at the end of the stay.

Electricity, upon consumption, charge of 0.70 euros/kwh usage.

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms, at a supplementary charge (note – this comes under electricity usage, charge of 0.70 euros/kwh usage).

Central heating throughout, available on request for early or late season lets at a supplementary charge of 200 euros per week.

Regarding the above charges, please note they may change in view of the energy situation & possible price fluctuations.

The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.

Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental rate, and the villa may be subject to this. Tourist tax varies per area and will be advised by the villa owner & local agent on arrival & check-in at the villa accordingly, this charge is applicable to all guests aged 12 years and over.
