The apartment is bright, and its interior has been recently renovated, to offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for 4 persons, and enjoys a pretty view of the city.

It is the perfect choice for couples or a small family.

Note - Access: The closest parking is at about 300m and it is underground paid parking.

The first cot and highchair are available on request, provided free of charge. Any further cots and highchairs are available on request, at a supplementary charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

No final cleaning charge.

Air-conditioning in the living area & the bedrooms.

No swimming pool.

Note - Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental rate and the villa may be subject to this. Tourist tax varies per area and will be advised by the villa owner & local agent on arrival & check-in at the villa accordingly, this charge is applicable to all guests aged 12 years and over.
