Casa dos Sonhos is an impressive and spacious five bedroom property, built on two levels and complete with a private swimming pool, a separate children's pool and lawned gardens, nestled in a peaceful countryside setting close to the Golden Triangle with the resorts of Vale do Lobo & Quinta do Lago only a 15 minute drive away.
Vilamoura is approx 10 minutes drive & Loule and Almancil approx 8 minutes. The villa's prime location allows guests to enjoy the best of both worlds - a serene environment but with easy access to nearby facilities, striking the perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience.
In addition to being within easy reach of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, the nearest large supermarkets are in Almancil & Loule where there are also a large choice of restaurants.
The property is fully enclosed and secure with entrance gates and an alarm system. Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rates.
The kitchen is modern in design with a central island and appliances including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, four electric hobs, extractor, toaster, kettle, Dulce Gusto coffee machine and a blender. Next to the kitchen you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The dining area is complete with split unit air conditioning and a table and chairs. Patio doors open directly to the garden.
A couple of steps lead down to the lounge with split unit air conditioning and a large flat screen Smart TV with an IPTV box showing a wide range of channels including English language channels BBC, ITV & Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Further steps lead to a small reading area with two arm chairs and patio doors opening directly to the garden and pool. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a double room with a wall mounted flat screen TV and use of the adjacent bathroom with a corner bath and a walk-in shower. This room also has a desk with a monitor so it can also double-up as an office.
Stairs lead up to bedrooms two, three, four and five. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom three is a double room with split unit air conditioning, a dressing area and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open onto a balcony and large roof terrace with sea views, overlooking the pool.
Bedroom five has twin beds, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a small balcony overlooking the front garden.
The private garden adds an extra touch of luxury, offering a serene space to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings. One of the highlights of the property is undoubtedly the pool which measures approximately 11m x 6m and has an adjacent children's pool, with its inviting waters, guests can take a refreshing dip or simply lounge by the poolside, basking in the warm sunshine. Pool fencing can be arranged for a supplemental charge and subject to availability.
The garden has far reaching sea views and provides the perfect spot for relaxation and leisure. Laid to lawn in areas, with an outside shower and at the far side, steps lead down to a small orchard with lemon and pomegranate trees. The villa also features a large covered outside dining terrace furnished with a table and ten chairs and comfy sofa and chair seating. The food preparation area has marble worktops and a sink, additionally, there is a gas BBQ provided, making it an ideal space for the budding chef to create the family's al-fresco meals.
The train station of Loule is within close proximity of Casa dos Sonhos allowing you the possibility to explore more of the region. The luxury golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale de lobo are within 15 minutes drive from the villa.
The cosmopolitan resort of Vilamoura, with its marina, sophisticated nightlife and golden beaches are approximately 10 minutes drive away.. Also close to Vilamoura is the popular Aquashow water park. The property is within easy reach ( approx 8 minutes) of both Almancil and the historical town of Loule, where you will find large supermarkets and restaurants.
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Almancil.

Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
