This super three bedroom villa is ideal for a family fun holiday! Fantastically situated near the renowned water park – Aqua Show. Villa Casa Bonita is a lovely three bedroom villa, well equipped to make it a perfect self-catering base.
Living Areas
Walking through the homely entrance, down a couple of steps you pass an office area into the lounge/diner. The comfortable air conditioned lounge has plenty of seating and a flat screen TV offering a wide range of UK channels. This space is shared with the dining area with table and chairs, patio doors lead out to the pool area. The bright well equipped kitchen has a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer, it also offers views to the pool area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
A cloakroom is located next to the entrance hall. Also on the ground floor is bedroom one down a couple of steps, this is an air conditioned en suite bedroom (bathroom next door) with twin beds together, it has an added bonus of a walk-in wardrobe (across the hall) as well as lovely views to the pool. Upstairs, bedroom two is an air conditioned twin bedroom with double wardrobe space, it has its own balcony and has an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is next door, it is also has air conditioning and is a double bedroom, also with an en suite shower room and its own private terrace.
Outside Space
The rear of Casa Bonita is where most of your time can be spent relaxing in the total privacy of the spacious garden, the pool can be access by roman steps. A outside table and chairs is conveniently placed in a shaded area by the pool (9 metres x 4 metres). The pool can be heated for a supplemental charge. A traditional charcoal BBQ offers the ideal lunch/dinner option. Plenty of outdoor space for children to play on the 1000 square metre plot.
Location
Casa Bonita is close to Aqua Show, which has the largest water roller coaster in Europe! The famous Vila Sol golf course is just 2 minutes away. While the chic restaurants, bars, shops of Vilamoura are also just a 5 minute drive away.
The nearest large supermarket is Pingo Doce in Quarteira and is located 5 minutes away by car.

Pool towels are available at a local charge, hair dryer and a safe are available in the villa.

Prices
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
