Quinta do Bruno is an imposing villa with six bedrooms in the main house and two additional bedrooms in the annexe. Located in a quiet residential area within Vale Judeu. The cosmopolitan resort of Vilamoura, with its marina, sophisticated nightlife and golden beaches are a short drive away (approximately 9km). The property is also within easy reach of Almancil (4km) where you will find the nearest large supermarkets and a choice of restaurants.
The villa is well presented and comfortable with large rooms and enjoys the benefit of air conditioning/ heating and throughout. The property is fully enclosed and secure with entrance gates and an alarm system and a safe.
The property is built over two levels and consists of the main house and two annex bedrooms in a separate building behind the main house. The property can be booked as either a four bedroom or a five bedroom house if you don't require full occupancy; or it can be rented as a full eight bedroom property including the use of the 2 x exterior access annexe bedrooms.
The ground floor accommodation:
Spacious lounge / dining room with a large comfortable L shaped sofa, flat screen TV with a wide range of channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV & a DVD player. The dining room has a table and seating for 12 people. Patio doors open out to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden area.
Second living room with two large, comfortable sofas, feature wood burning fireplace a TV, DVD player and a football table
Spacious, fully fitted kitchen with a large fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave & dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine & a second fridge.
There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
Ground floor:-
Bedroom 6 is a twin or king size room (bed measures 1.8m x 1.95m) with a window to the front, overlooking the pool. Guests using this bedroom, have use of the guest cloakroom located down the hallway.
Bedroom 5 is a twin or king size room (bed measures 1.8m x 1.95m) with en suite shower room and a window overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedroom 4 is a twin or king size room (bed measures 1.8m x 1.95m) with en suite shower room and a window overlooking the garden.
First floor:-
Master bedroom with twin or king size bed(bed measures 1.8m x 1.95m), en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower cubicle. Patio doors open onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedroom 2 is a twin or king size room (bed measures 1.8m x 1.95m) with en suite bathroom and patio doors opening out to a nice terrace with views of the hills behind the property.
Bedroom 3 is a twin or king size room (bed measures 1.8m x 1.95m) with en suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedrooms 7 & 8 are located in the separate building at the back of the property accessed via a courtyard from the second living room. These rooms have independent entrances. Both of the rooms have en suite shower rooms, one is set up with twin or king size beds, one is set up with a double bed, both rooms have L shaped sofas.
The large pool measuring 9.5 metres x 4.5metres (can be heated for an extra weekly supplemental charge) is surrounded by paved terraces providing lots of space for the plentiful garden furniture provided.
Gently sloping lawns provide a great area for children to play and the landscaped gardens with mature trees provide shade and privacy.
A brick built barbeque with seating area is tucked around the side of the property next to the kitchen and the small orchard of fruit trees.
Plenty of parking is provided on the long driveway and a shaded carport.
There is a restaurant and café within easy walking distance of the property. The cosmopolitan resort of Vilamoura, with its marina, sophisticated nightlife and golden beaches are a short drive away (approximately 9km). Also close by is the Aquashow water park. The property is also within easy reach of Almancil, where you will find the nearest large supermarket and the resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale de lobo.
Maid service – Stays of 7 nights have a mid week change of towels and a light clean.
Stays over 9 nights have a change of linen in addition to the above.
Air conditioning throughout included in the weekly rental rate.
Please note that car hire is essential for guests staying at this property, which enjoys a peaceful Algarve countryside location within close driving distance of a selection of resorts- Vilamoura or Vale do Lobo is approximately 10 minutes drive away.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
Complimentary pool heating in 2024 - For stays between 14/09 - 01/11/2024 AND in 2025 between 01/03 - 27/06 and 13/09 - 31/10/2025!
