Villa Alexandria is a beautiful 4 bedroomed Algarve villa is ideally situated on the peaceful outskirts of Carvoeiro and with a 180° sea view.

The area is very quiet but within walking distance of beautiful beaches (Carvalho 10 min, Vale Centianes 15 min), mini market and array of restaurants, bars and cafés (10 min), and just 5 min drive from the supermarket. It has a large 10 metre private pool with surrounding terrace. This tranquil holiday villa offers everything necessary for a relaxing family holiday.

Living Areas

This beautifully maintained and typical Algarvian style house offers a piece of home from home. The large airy lounge is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, International TV system providing entertainment in various languages, attractive open fireplace, air conditioning*, and has patio doors opening onto the terrace and large private heated* swimming pool. The villa has free access to Wi Fi.

The spacious kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with everything you need- an oven, hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 4 bedrooms 2 large double bedrooms and 2 large twin bedrooms, all with wardrobes. The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, and there is a further shower room, plus family bathroom to serve the remaining 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

Outside Space

Lush tropical gardens surround the property, and the large inviting swimming pool is surrounded by a traditionally tiled terrace providing the perfect lounging and sunbathing area. The pool measures approximately 6 metres x 12 metres and is 1.40 metres at the shallow end and 2.30 metres at the deep end.

For those who prefer the shade there is a large covered terrace area with table and chairs, ideal for al-fresco dining during the heat of the day, cooked on the traditional BBQ. The upstairs terrace has a superb view of the Atlantic, and the lighthouse at Alfanzina.

Location

There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Centianes, within 5 minutes drive are the stunning Praia de Marina, Benagil, Caravalho, Carvoeiro and Albandera. The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.

Golf- Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgado courses are all within a 20 minutes drive.

Location- the resort of Carvoeiro is approximately 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Car hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places.

A short walk from this property is the bustling town of Carvoeiro with a fabulous selection of restaurants and bars, and a choice of beautiful beaches and fabulous clifftop walks. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines, and three golf courses are within 5 minutes drive.The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive. Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre is also 20 minutes away.

All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity, at the rate of 0.20€ per unit.
